At L&M Orthodontics, our core values are Excellence, Integrity and Personal Care.

Every single L&M team member – each doctor, dental assistant and receptionist, strives to achieve excellence in all aspects of orthodontics and customer service.  Our doctors and team members love attending annual national and regional orthodontic conferences to learn the latest in orthodontic treatment so that we can bring to our patients the most updated information and technology. Our team members also enjoy participating in on-line seminars on a weekly basis to train in customer service and for personal growth.  In our daily morning huddles and our monthly team meetings we make sure that each member is implementing and practicing what we have learned.

It is extremely important to the doctors that they always model and exemplify integrity, even in the littlest things. There’s no question that the information our team communicates to one another, our patients and their parents, must be correct and honest.  Whether it is regarding a payment plan, treatment plan or insurance, you can be rest assured that we will handle any of these issues with the utmost integrity.

Personal care is at the very core of L&M Orthodontics.  It is our top priority to provide our patients with personal care.  Orthodontic offices see a given patient over a period of couple years on a monthly basis. We love getting to know our patients and their families personally; we believe it is important to build relationships with our patients.  Our doctors make sure to see each patient, and do not believe in the assistants performing the treatment aspects that only the doctors should do.  While we have the most well-trained and excellent orthodontic assistants, all the orthodontic work is carefully supervised and monitored by the doctors.  The assistants are also trained to speak with the parent/guardian at every visit to inform them of our treatment progress.  Please do not hesitate to ask to speak with any of our doctors directly if you have any questions or concerns at any point!
